3. Our Role

GesteLux operates as both a creator of luxury products and a curated marketplace connecting discerning buyers with esteemed suppliers. While we facilitate these transactions, we do not manufacture, store, or inspect items sold by third-party suppliers. The contract for the sale of supplier-produced items is directly between you and the supplier. However, for products produced by GesteLux, we stand fully behind their quality and authenticity. Our Concierge Team is always at your service to assist with any inquiries or concerns.

4. User Eligibility

To maintain the integrity and exclusivity of our platform:

• Age Requirement: Users must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase.

• Account Responsibility: You are entrusted with maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and are accountable for all activities under your account.

5. Product Information and Availability

We strive to provide accurate descriptions and availability for all products:

• Accuracy: While we endeavor for precision, occasional discrepancies may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors and update information without prior notice.

• Availability: Our curated collections are subject to change. We may modify or discontinue products without notice to uphold our commitment to exclusivity.

6. Orders and Payments

Our ordering process is designed with your convenience in mind:

• Order Acceptance: Each order you place is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline orders at our discretion.

• Pricing: Prices are listed in United Arab Emirates Dirham (AED) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

• Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods, including major credit cards and secure online payment systems. Payment must be completed before order processing.

7. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to provide a seamless delivery experience:

• Shipping Policy: Estimated delivery times are provided but may vary. GesteLux is not liable for delays beyond our control.

8. Returns and Refunds

Your satisfaction is our utmost priority:

• Return Policy: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for eligible products. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Please note, due to the nature of certain products, we do not accept returns for:

• Food Items: Perishable goods and consumables.

• Cosmetics: Beauty products, skincare items, and fragrances.

• Digital Products: Due to their intangible nature, all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable.

• Refunds: Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 10 days dependently on your bank. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

• Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our Concierge Team at concierge@gestelux.com. They will guide you through the process and provide the necessary instructions.

9. Digital Products

For digital products created by GesteLux:

• License: Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use the digital product for personal, non-commercial use.

• Restrictions: You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or exploit the digital product in any manner not expressly permitted by these Terms.

• Technical Requirements: It is your responsibility to ensure that your devices meet the necessary technical requirements to access and use the digital products.

10. Third-party Supplier Responsibilities

We collaborate with esteemed suppliers who uphold our rigorous standards:

• Product Quality: Suppliers ensure all products are of impeccable quality, free from defects, and accurately described.

• Packaging: Products are immaculately packaged to prevent damage during transit.

• Exclusivity: Products designated as exclusive to GesteLux are not sold on other platforms or outlets.

11. Intellectual Property
