Returns and Refunds Policy

1. Introduction

This Returns and Refunds Policy outlines the terms under which returns and refunds are processed, reflecting our dedication to both legal clarity and the exceptional service you deserve.

2. Return Eligibility

We accept returns of eligible products within 14 days from the date of delivery. To qualify for a return:

• Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and in the pristine condition in which they were received.

• Packaging: All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact and included.

• Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the unique nature of certain products, we are unable to accept returns for:

• Food Items: Perishable goods and consumables.

• Cosmetics: Beauty products, skincare items, and fragrances.

• Home Care Items: Candles, fragrances, soaps, lotions, incense sticks, etc.

• Personal Use Items: Sleep mask, silk pillowcases, robes and any other items which are intended for the personal use.

• Digital Products: Non-tangible goods such as e-books, software, and other downloadable content.

• Custom-made or pre-ordered treasures

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Contact Our Concierge Team: Reach out to us at concierge@gestelux.com within the 14-day return window. Our dedicated professionals will guide you through the process, ensuring a seamless experience.

2. Return Authorization: Upon approval, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions on how to proceed.

3. Shipping: Securely package the item, including all original materials, and ship it to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the item’s safe return.

5. Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item:

• Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original method of payment and it will then depend on your bank when you will receive it.

• Shipping Costs: Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

6. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process for the original item and place a new order for the desired product.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

Should you receive an item that is damaged or defective:

• Notification: Contact our Concierge Team immediately upon receipt at concierge@gestelux.com.

• Resolution: We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including any shipping costs incurred, ensuring your experience remains nothing short of exceptional.

8. International Returns

For our esteemed international clients:

• Duties and Taxes: Please be aware that any customs duties, taxes, or fees incurred during the return process are the responsibility of the customer.

• Return Shipping: We recommend using an insured and trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item.

9. Additional Information

• Policy Amendments: GesteLux reserves the right to amend this Returns and Refunds Policy at any time. Changes will be communicated through our website with an updated effective date.

• Final Sale Items: Items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or refund.
