Orders placed after 2 PM will be delivered the following day (excluding weekends and public holidays).

If your item isn’t quite what you envisioned, you may return it within 14 days of delivery — provided it’s unused, unworn, and as pristine as a debutante’s gloves.

That said, some things simply can’t be undone — nor returned. For reasons of hygiene, craftsmanship, or pure common sense, the following are non-returnable:
