That’s why select in-stock items are available for same-day delivery within Dubai when ordered before 2 PM. Orders placed after 2 PM will be delivered the following day (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Returns and Refunds Policy

We want every GesteLux moment to feel just right.

If your item isn’t quite what you envisioned, you may return it within 14 days of delivery — provided it’s unused, unworn, and as pristine as a debutante’s gloves.

That said, some things simply can’t be undone — nor returned. For reasons of hygiene, craftsmanship, or pure common sense, the following are non-returnable:

• Self and Home Essentials (including fragrances, washes, candles, incense, etc.)

• Custom-made or pre-ordered treasures
